| Oxford Instruments collaborate with
a Japanese company to manufacture a high performance
X-ray analysis machine, A number of Oxford Instruments
processor modules work along side two PC's to drive
the X-ray machine. GX were asked to design a rugged
workstation that could be flat packed for shipping around
the world. The overall appearance had to match the Jeol
installation. Price was an extemely important factor
in its design but GX met the manufacturing target cost. |
