| Ultra Electronics have established
a business manufacturing disublimation printers to create
ID cards. The Sicura laminator is designed to operate
with the Rio and Tango printers in the Ultra range.

| The laminator applies a tough polyester
overlaminate film which extends the life of cards to
at least 40,000 swipes, GX were asked to generate a
number of concepts and produced rapid prototype models
for approval. GX also managed the tooling and manufacture
of the fascia moulding. |
